Prior to pick up or delivery of cremated remains to Cambridge Scatterings, please complete a copy of our Scattering Authorization Form. Scattering service will be completed according to instructions designated on the form as well as required information to complete our scattering certificate and required government forms.

All California burials including scattering of ashes require a permit issued from the County. If the death occurred in California, your funeral home or cremation center may already have the correct permit. An updated permit may be needed in cases where the final disposition is undecided at the time of application.
